Did you know? Orson Welles voiced Robin Masters until his death in 1985. After that, the character was largely absent from the show, referenced but rarely heard. The identity of Masters was left deliberately ambiguous throughout the series, and the show's creators later revealed they had considered making Higgins (John Hillerman) the true Robin Masters all along. Magnum P.I. ran for eight seasons and 162 episodes.
